NSW Flood Relief Cabins: Northern Rivers
WildModular x NSW Government.
In 2022, I had the privilege of designing flood relief cabins for the Northern Rivers region in partnership with the NSW Government, on behalf of WildModular.
This was my largest project with WildModular, where I produced 110 cabins to support those affected by the 2021 and 2022 floods who lost their homes and faced crises.
From Render to Real life
I designed these cabins using SketchUp and Vray to develop the CAD model and renders. This design had to be simple, cost-effective, and a comfortable space to accommodate families for up to two years.
Seeing this project go from renders and floor plans to real life has been one of the most rewarding projects I have been a part of.
